0100(3)(4)(5) - Center Director (D.U.) reports that she has completed her AA degree and has the credits required for her Director position, but it is not recorded and verified in MERIT. According to MERIT, she currently has 37 ECE credits and the Washington State initial and Short ECE Certificates. She reports that she is responsible for oversight of all the locations for Seattle Children's Academy locations and is not on-site at this locations for 50 percent or more of the operating hours. She reports that she hired a Program Supervisor (A.V.) to be in charge during her absence, but she does not have any ECE credits and her Bachalors degree is not yet recorded and verified in MERIT. The program needs to have a director, assistant director, or program supervisor who meets the minimum edcuation requirement for the position and to be present on site more than 50 percent of operating hours. 0100(6)(7) - Lead and Assistant teachers do not have their high school diploma or equivolent recorded and verified in MERIT. Licensor noted out of 9 staff, 7 did not have their preservice requirements met (TB test) entered and confirmed in MERIT. 0100(9) - Other Personnel (Owners) do not have documentation of negative TB tests and are not recorded in MERIT.
